Many problems with Paperless ticketing at Bruce Springsteen concert 11/8/09
The lines were huge waiting to get into the show, maybe that can be expected being its a union hall and they work at the pace they want to.
The tickets are also printed on paper, not sure why it is called paperless, I guess they dont want to call it by its real name credit card ticketing. As the only thing you are asked for is your credit card.
anyone else have problems with the paperless ticketing for the Bruce Springsteen tour
