As Furthur, the latest Grateful Dead offshoot featuring Phil Lesh and Bob Weir, continue their short trek through Connecticut and New Jersey following a stellar two-night stand at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom, more shows and one-off concerts are being added.
Before playing the pair of sold-out New Year’s Eve Furthur shows in San Francisco, Phil Lesh will host an acoustic show on December 20 in the city called PhilHarmonia 2009. Produced by the Unbroken Chain Foundation in support of the Bay Area Women’s & Children’s Center, PhilHarmonia 2009 will welcome Bob Weir, Jackie Greene and other guests for what is being called “an intimate holiday sing-along party.” For details and tickets, visit PhilHarmonia 2009 Wishlist.
